Weather Map - Weather Forecasting
Weather maps show the meteorological conditions in an area at a specified time. They may show the cloud cover, rain or snow precipitation, and severe weather situations as well as isobars and isotherms. Better weather instruments, radar systems, and weather satellites have facilitated the production of weather maps, and improved weather forecasts, during the last fifty years or so.
